I’m so excited to be able to share this with you! I’ve spent couple of months or so since I got Chris’ book creating and refining a meal planner using a very common program called Microsoft Excel (most people have this on their computers already) and I have created a One Week meal planner using the Approved Food List outlined in Chris Powell’s Choose to Lose 7 Day Carb Cycling Program. This meal planner was my answer to taking all of the “thinking” out of eating and preparing for my meals. I found the hardest part of planning and preparing for this way of eating was getting a grocery list together that saved me time AND money! Let’s face it, eating healthy simply costs more… so to help plan for that trip to the grocery store, I had to do something to get myself organized!
Loaded with all of Chris Powell’s Choose to Lose 7 day Carb Cycling approved foods, you can choose from only the appropriate ingredient for that meal from convenient drop down selectors.
